The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, always going out of their way to make us feel at home. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could eat in the room, which was perfect for our hungry young children. The hotel even provided us with a kettle for hot water and a designated area to warm up our food. The breakfast room was clean and the food was absolutely yummy. We also enjoyed the fun and unique decorations around the hotel, including the cool UK phone box. the location was perfect for us, with convenient access to the train station and other amenities. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends!
